Qld based builder looking to secure additional works throughout the state or nationwide. Currently established in Brisbane and looking for any exciting opportunities to capitalise on the shortage of quality builders. Ideally looking for any property owners (including mum/dad investors, business operators, fly in/fly out mine workers & executives of large corporations that are 'stretched for time') who are struggling to find the 'ideal' builder to design or build their 'dream home', 'quaint beach shack', or 'humble mountain cabin' and who are wanting to invest their 'hard earned cash' into property and developments or simply have their current property renovated/extended and/or carry out maintenance/repair work on any of their current rental properties including unit complexes. I currently run a capentry gang of 15 men and have access to every trade as well as certifiers, architects/designers, engineers, estimators, interior desingers to meet all clients needs. Possibilty to match prices and meet all clients budgets, needs, and wants and are available to discuss all options every step of the way throughout the project. The most cost effective ways to keep construction costs down that are spiralling out of control is to simply eliminate many unecessary overheads such as over-ordering, poor supervision of unproductive staff, too many guys on site at any one time, wastage of expensive building materials, dumping fees for the wasted materials, as well as eliminating the need for 'too many chiefs & not enough indians' in the office environment.
We operate like the old school builders who were 'jacks of all trades and masters of many'.! Unlike today's 'modern builders' who subcontract out all scopes-of-works to unknown subcontractors who have no proven track record and no desire to be the slightest bit accountable for any wrong doings or defective work, or even uphold quality or any sort of respectful reputation within the community.
